2013-152 Resolution amending a contract with the New Jersey Audubon Society as Steward of the Linden Landfill. The NJ Audubon Society has submitted a request for additional funds for Tasks 1-6 in the amount of $34,766.00.

2013-153 Resolution approving the award of a Professional Services Agreement with Sidney Land, Inc., as an expert witness for defense of tax appeals for 2013, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.

2013-154 Resolution approving the award of a Professional Services Agreement with Charles E. Heck, CTA, as an appraiser, expert witness/consultant for defense of tax appeals for 2013, in an amount not to exceed $17,000.00.

2013-155 Resolution amending an award of a Professional Services Agreement with, Integra Realty as an expert witness for defense of Gulf Oil and Citgo Oil tax appeals for 2013, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.

Total expenditures paid to date under the original contract inclusive of the additional funds is $22,500.00.

2013-156 Resolution approving an award of a contract to ADP, for payroll time and attendance services, for the City of Linden, at the low quote of $35,380.00.

2013-157 Resolution establishing a temporary Operating Budget for the period of January 1, 2013 through April 30, 2013 in an amount not to exceed $25,775,509.29.

2013-158 Resolution establishing a temporary Sanitary Landfill Utility Operating Budget for the period of January 1, 2013 through April 30, 3013 in an amount not to exceed $130,966.67.

2013-159 Resolution authorizing settlement of litigation entitled the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, et al. v. Occidental Chemical Corporation, et. al., substantially in accordance with the terms of a proposed consent judgment and related documents.

2013-160 Resolution naming the park at the corner of Summit Terrace and Melrose Terrace, commonly known as Sunnyside Park, as Paul W.
